Title:        Security Guard - Full Time

Location:  Richmond, BC

Payrate:   $17.40

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 5pm. 

Special Note: Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security guards to oversee security operations in Richmond, BC. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner. 

• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently. 
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards. 
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Provide detailed reports, while using a computer, of daily activities, observations, and any security incidents.

Requirement: 

• Must have a valid BC Security License. 
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week. 
• Must have excellent oral and written english language proficiency.
• Must be at least 19 years old. 
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience 
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
